We're in the cycle right now where the tide is low during the hottest part of the day, the boys said they didn't care about the seaweed, they were going swimming. Alrighteeee then boys, let's go!
A new game today, let's bellyflop off rocks to try and land in a place without seaweed. I didn't really like this game, but their lifejackets were on, so...I let it be. That's how we tend to roll at our house, all fun and games until someone gets hurt then the game is over.

Poor Scratcher, the only one of the kittens who still doesn't have a name. It'll come though. Perhaps a naming contest is needed!

Random fun fact: Did you know that you can make periwinkles come out of their shell and dance if you sing to them? I'll show you in the video (below) that I took last summer.

They did this a lot last summer, but this is their first time in the rain barrel this year. A fine place to rinse off if you ask me!

Oh @lyndsaybowes! Those crazy days of summer! i always thought belly flopping was painful, without a life jacket on that is. Haha I always love watching your family play! Those boys are such young men and handsome as ever! So good to see life blossoming so totally beautifully. You grow everything so well Lyndsay. Scratcher is just the cutest. I love the way cats always want to follow us around and check out what we get up to. I quite like the name scratcher actually, I feel if you don’t think about what it means but just the way the word sounds coming out of your mouth I think it’s rather a nice sound. I bet Eddie is gonna make the best football player, he totally looks the part. I love how stoked he looks about the kit! Already a superstar!🌴🦋🌈💛🍀
