If you write a job description for parenting you'll find that it's a job not many would actually take when it's presented as such (because you absolutely have to do it for the love not the money XD) and apparently the salary should be set pretty high (I read an article recently that actually had someone crunching the numbers but true to my form didn't take note and am too lazy to go looking) but we don't get paid for this particular gig :)

While I think there is a lot of work, I always take the "pay" aspect people present as poor form considering that it is generally a personal decision to have children knowing that it is an unpaid gig.

Get paid to have children doesn't sound like a healthy occupation or society :D
