good post..very good aritcel.The majority of people, myself included, understand dwelling on the past events, mistakes and failures is not unhealthy. We realize it but can’t stop worrying about it
Thanks my friend. Just hang in there and try to avoid worrying as this in itself is not healthy. Just try to redirect your thinking to what it is that gives you joy and peace.
