Houston....Bush/Pedo Central, with a CPS "culture" of corruption....We have a PROBLEM!

in #familyprotection6 years ago (edited)

According to State Senator (R-Nebraska) John DeCamp there was indeed (and most certainly, still is) a major pedophile network leading from "Boy's Town" (a major Nebraska CPS sub-contracting "safe house") to the George H.W. Bush White House. Houston, of course, is the nexus of the Bush oil empire (bequeathed to them by their masters, the Rockefellers.) Indeed, it was in Houston where H.W.'s son (and eventual successor,) George W. Bush, formed and operated "Arbusto Energy Corporation" that he co-founded with Salem bin Laden (Osama's older brother) back in the early 1980s.

From 1953 on, Houston has been the center of the Bush oil interests and their thoroughly corrupt political machine. It has also, apparently, been the center of CPS-Texas corruption and evils of all sorts. Houston has appeared in these pages several times before, as some decent judges there have been pointing out the most blatant of CPS wrongdoing, and trying to get a handle on some of the worst of the abuses.

But as this article from just a couple of weeks show, there is much, much more to do:

https://www.houstonchronicle.com/news/houston-texas/article/Investigation-of-CPS-worker-fired-for-13611121.php

As this article displays in vivid color, "child protective" "services" (CPS) in the Houston area feels that altering records is not only acceptable, but EXPECTED if it's for "helping out" another case worker. Check out this excerpt:

"A Child Protective Services supervisor was terminated for falsifying government documents after she allegedly changed case records in the name of one of her employees. It's not clear if the ex-supervisor could face criminal charges, but experts say the incident raises broader concerns about the reliability of an electronic records system that courts rely on to make decisions about whether to remove children..."

Let's stop right there. This is The Houston Chronicle reporting, perhaps the region's most-respected mainstream media outlet, and yet they are unsure if the supervisor should be facing criminal charges?? Notice how they lamely attempt to de-personalize the obvious criminality by casting doubts on whether "the electronic records system" can be relied on...as though the problem somehow lies in the programming.

Here's more:

"...other former workers told the Houston Chronicle that amending records in the name of other employees is common at CPS and that in some instances the agency had encouraged the practice...

In a disciplinary notice letter, Program Director LaShonna Beaudoin — who oversaw the now-fired supervisor — didn't see it as a miscommunication but instead framed it as an uncorrectable (sic) problem....'Integrity is vital,' Beaudoin wrote in January when she recommended the supervisor's dismissal. 'I cannot develop a Developmental Plan for falsifying documentation and tampering with a government document'."

Okay. The rest of the article is a lot of bickering back and forth as to who was responsible, in truth, for the single case at the center of this particular article, but the article does not even really address the OBVIOUS 800-POUND GORILLA in the CPS room--the fact that this is not IMMEDIATELY seen as criminal corruption by everyone involved, and handled appropriately as such.

It's the CPS CULTURE that is at fault, or course, and no amount of passing the buck or blaming the computer is going to clean that up. If the supervisor's boss--a regional director--says the problem is "uncorrectable" (sic) we should probably take he at her word, and GO WITH THAT, don't you think? Am I the only one who thinks when it comes to the safety of children and the sanctity of the family that the one time we should err on the side of caution is in situations exactly like this one?

This article offers just a glimpse of why the system is "uncorrectable." In short, it is because they truly believe AND ACT as though they are above the law. Criminal action is routinely sanctioned by the bogus quasi-courts systems that have been set up to facilitate their evil and to provide "color of law" cover for their un-Constitutional and illegal actions. In such a setting, there is no way that any reasonable citizen can expect them to self-correct or to tell the truth if it means bringing down justice upon their corrupt activities.

The fact that we are sitting here waiting to see if a CPS supervisor will be charged for CRIMINALLY bearing false witness against a likely innocent family should be enough for everyone to agree that the best thing to do is to SHUT THE WHOLE SYSTEM DOWN and to err on the side of families. If this article is the best The Houston Chronicle can do in alerting unsuspecting families and taxpayers what to expect for their hard-earned tax dollars, then I think we can assume we have a serious problem here, Houston.

Let's get busy!

ABSOLUTELY a Social Worker should be charged criminally for creating false evidence. It is kidnapping, if there was no valid concern that warranted children being ripped away from their loving parents. Kidnappers should go to jail.
