Son aves pequeñas pero pueden reproducirse en grandes cantidades, las podemos encontrar de diferentes formas y colores.

Les encanta visitar los jardines donde se crian otras aves como gallinas y pavos, ellas recolectan los restos de semillas y granos.

Me encanta protegerlas, aunque tambien tienen sus depredadores como gatos, serpientes, entre otros que siempre buscan la oportunidad de comerlas.

Ella se quedó quieta mientras yo la fotografiaba, ya tiene varios dias y espero pueda sacar sus crias sin ningún problema.

I love protecting them, even though they also have predators like cats, snakes, and others that are always looking for an opportunity to eat them.

She stayed still while I photographed her; she's been there for several days now, and I hope to be able to raise her babies without any problems.

Tanto el macho como la hembra suelen turnearse para proteger los huevos, mientras tanto el uno de ellos se alimenta el otro lo calienta.

Estas pequeñas aves traen buenas energías al hogar y mis abuelos siempre decían que un jardín con aves es un jardín prospero y bendecido.

Aunque su tiempo de vida es corto ellas también son esenciales en el medio ambiente, cada animal ayuda y da equilibrio al planeta.
