Dried Fish Scaling & Processing

Hello steemians welcome to another beautiful day, so i have been busy lately because i was acquiring detailed knowledge about scaling and drying of catfish.

Below are images of processed catfish fully dried and scaling them to get the cost of each fishes.

As fish farmer its our duty to acquire knowledge in order to develop our farming business, and under catfish cultivation, dried fish plays a vital role in income generation more than the fresh.

Dried fish are in high demand more than fresh fish here in Nigeria and practicing this act of dry would definitely increase income generation.
