Catfish which its scientific name is called Siluriformes is a kind of fish that resembles a cat's whiskers. This catfish ranges in size and behaviour from three largest species,which are;
Mekong giant catfish(From Southeast Asia)
Wels catfish (This is from Eurasia)
Piraiba (This is from South America)
Catfish, despite the name,not all of them have prominent barbel. Its Kingdom name is called Animalia.
We want to know if catfish is good for the body or damage to the body
We all know that fish generally contains oils but catfish has oil in its skin. It has a strong head and very hard to kill.
Catfish is delicious and likewise dangerous to the health.
In Nigeria, catfish is used for pepper soup in mostly bars and restaurants. People call it "point and kill" because customers that comes to buy will choose by themselves and immediately help them to kill in their presence before taking it away to prepare for them.
Catfish is also served in social gathering, it is very delicious that people can't resist the aroma and taste when turned to pepper soup.
Catfish consists of Omega 6 and has fatty acids and the fatty acids can increase the risk of getting blood clots,arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and cancers.
When catfish is consumed, it is associated with reducing blood pressure and also help reduce risk for some cancers.
Catfish are kept in a big bowel containing much water to sustain life and once they are dropped on the ground,they become weak because what it sustains them is not there for them.

I need to concede, I adore feline fish particularly in the "point and slaughter" kinda way and I truly appreciate the delicacy of the soup used to set it up. Yet, I need to include that the feline fish is likewise exceptionally nutritious and having a feline fish cultivate is basically simple yet requires heaps of outrageous care given the correct condition.

I'm not usually a fish lover but I have to admit, I love cat fish especially in the "point and kill" kinda way and I really enjoy the delicacy of the soup used to prepare it. But I have to add that the cat fish is also very nutritious and having a cat fish farm is pretty much easy but requires lots of extreme care given the right environment. The new borns are normally procreated from the adults using artificial insemination, it's a very delicate process that requires good training. Thanks for sharing this new information.
