SLC29-W4 | Fast Food Recipe : Fried Chicken Recipe

Assalamu-o-Alikum Dear Steemians!!

Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life with family and friends. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I am also good along with my kids and delighted to share delicious recipe of fried chicken recipe.

Fried chicken is all time favorite for especially kids because it's taste so delectable, juicy and spicy. It's full of nourishing especially in winter season. Fried chicken or BBQ Chicken both are very tasty and healthy. Here's with also going to share it's very simple recipe of fried chicken at home.

Ingredients are very simple and some were at home and some easily get from super market. For making homemade hygienic fried chicken , I have used ⁸ chicken pieces, ½ ginger garlic, all purpose flour ¹ cup, ¹ egg, paprika powder ¹tsp, salt ¹ tsp, red chili powder ½ tsp, white & black pepper ½ tsp , jeera power ¹ tsp , food color ½ tsp, oil ¹ cup and turmeric powder ½ tsp these are the spices as well usually used for marination and fried chicken purposes.


In very first step, I dip chicken meat in salt and vinegar water for five minutes at least then washed the chicken pieces with fresh flowing water properly then deeply cut inside the chicken pieces for cook well and develop delicious taste.

In my preference, for frying chicken, firstly we should boiled it by adding in salt , curry leave garlic and ginger and let them half boil for at live 7- 10 minutes in just ½ cup of water. This is help to deeply soft and crispy frying taste of chicken.

Chicken is half boiled now we will add in spices and mixed it well. My youngest son is also joined me in mixing the chicken pieces into spices. We enjoyed together cooking.

Next process is coating of all purpose flour and egg. That's develop crispy and crunchy taste of fried chicken pieces.

Coated the layers of all purposes flour and egg on the marinated pieces then fried in the hot oil from both sides until they had golden color. It will just take 5-10 minutes from sides.

Homemade Fried Chicken pieces


Do you think homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?

It's not 💯 homemade fried chicken is developed exactly taste of outside because homemade ingredients are not doubt healthy and satisfying but outside from hygiene good quality food is much delicious and juicy. The hidden tips and tricks and ingredients of outside like KFC fried chicken much tasty and crispy. But outside fried chicken pieces are costly. Instead Homemade hygienic and satisfying fried chicken pieces are affordable.


Are the effects of eating fried chicken regularly good or bad?

Balanced diet is very important for healthier lifestyle. Excessive of anything harm for good health therefore maintaining diet plan is important to keep. Chicken is not good choice to eat regularly because it's farming not much 100 💯 pure . Artificial diet is taken to them for fast growth. That's why is not healthy for us on daily basis. Fried Chicken in the oil have so much cholesterol that is not good for daily intake because it will increase the risk of blood pressure and heart attack.

Fried Chicken is ready to enjoy. You can serve it with ketchup or mustard sauces or Yogurt raita

Hola bella, el pollo frito es muy delicioso y es uno de las comidas que disfrutan muvjo los pequeños, por otro lado no sabia que el pollo antes de freir se debe cocinar y luego lleglvarlo para freir.
