Should It Come Back?

Been Contemplating whether or not to revive this project. Haven't really seen anything significant enough to bring it back. There were a lot of support but with the current and possibly future state of things, does a project like this have a place on this platform?

My intention was to distribute Steem and try to help the platform grow. You can imagine the discouragement I had, especially knowing that post that aren't distributing any Steem are reaping the rewards and voters were missing out on those curation rewards and receiving less to support this project.

Maybe there needs to be some changes to the requirements to receiving rewards? This is where feedback would help and would be greatly appreciated.
