I missed the plan and the original idea in your story. You did not mention what was the agreement between the two firms and how they wanted to improve it.
You started with intro which was not required and gave your story headings and subheadings which hinders the flow of a fictional story. You tried well but fiction flows like a river without any dams or barriers.
