Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S26- W3: which is all time my favourite topic The Boss's Challenge this amazing challenge organised by @dove11 .

John and Timothy were given a project of car rental, which had to be completed in 6 weeks. While John and Timothy were under pressure to complete the project, some engineers were jealous of them as to why the manager did not choose their name.

John and Timothy were planning that first of all they have to make a team of such engineers, who think like them and understand their words. After a lot of discussions, a team was formed.

After forming the team, everyone decided to have a meeting after four days and were asked to attend with their respective information. Based on that, we will discuss how to proceed, as time was very less, so everyone got busy in their own work.

John and Timothy started collecting the fine details of the project. Which was the demand of this project, the tension was increasing so that their project does not fail, time was less. Everyone was trying to give their best, now only a few hours were left for the completion of four days. Everyone knew that they had to prepare a plan today.

Everyone met at the right time. Everyone shared their information. Everyone had prepared such a presentation in which their hard work was clearly visible.

Timothy: (to the team) Now we divide our work into weeks that how much work we have to complete by the end of each week and only by following the plan can we reach success, so the whole team agreed with him. And we have to keep all our plans secret because we have many enemies who want to spoil our work, so for security, when we all come for a meeting, we will keep our phones outside, so that the information related to this project does not go out.

And in the last week, after looking at our work thoroughly, we will prepare a presentation which we will have to present in front of the client, so first of all we see that in which area, from where to where and which age group of people use car rent more.

Car rent is also used more during festivals, we need to focus more on upper class areas. Because we will get more data from there. Because people from there rent cars more, now we have to prepare the data that how many percent of cars are taken locally and how many percent of people use car rent to go out of the city.

Timothy told John that John should make such an app through which we can promote our car rent on social media and we should also keep updating the discounts and offers that we give from time to time. Ronaldo has done research on this, so you should decide the discount percentage along with Ronaldo.

Put Jacky and Sina in a team, both of you make an app where cars can be booked on rent, and where the customer will also be provided a map, as to where he should reach from where, this was Timothy's idea from the security point of view.

At the end of every week, the whole team used to discuss, sometimes some mistakes were found or some shortcomings were also found, then correcting it again and again, discussing it, this was increasing the tension because the work had to be done on a fixed date. The level of nervousness had gone up a lot.

But Timothy and John both were such good managers of the project, that they always encouraged their team that we can do it, that is why we have been selected. These motivating words were effective. Finally the day of presentation arrived, everyone put in their best efforts and then the golden officer arrived for whom everyone was eagerly waiting.

When they showed their project in front of the entire media and team, the project was proved right in every sense. No one got a chance to find fault anywhere. Those who were their enemies were left rubbing their hands. They had tried a lot to create obstacles, but nothing could stop their courage.

Everyone's intentions were shattered in front of the determination and hard work of their team. Their project was accepted and launched in a very good way. They named their project "Hamari Suraksha Humare Saath"

The client liked Timothy and his team's offer of discounts, security idea very much. Because these offers will make the common people successful.

The hard work of Timothy and his team had paid off. Everyone praised Timothy, John and their team, then Timothy and John said that this was possible only when our team worked equally hard. We all have contributed equally to make this project successful.
