Your story has pace elements of fiction and demand of the prompt but a little more drama could make it perfect.
What confused me was the line, "If you book tomorrow morning you save 20% despite the exorbitant price." Why would I book a cab tomorrow If I need a cab now?" Maybe I didn't get the point properly.
