The best way I learnt to gain an audience here is to be consistent when you post ( tho i'm not always super consistent, I just post often or once a day) and engage a lot on other people's posts. It's a patience game too Takes time. I like to check the Steemitboard and see where I'm at in terms of achievements and such. It's really motivating.
