Interesting article! Fortunately the stars that I have bumped into during my interactions with the film industry were quite nice and down to earth. I knew some of them through common friends so that helps.
But why did the "superstar" actor refuse to play dead?

We'll one of the main reason was he was supposed to play dead on a wet ground, he was trying to avoid the mud touch his body. Btw, thanks for the compliments @maxabit
