Is it a good time to buy in this market?

The recent events have created a massive gap in the forex and stock and commodity market with all pairs opening with a big gap , and now prices are stabilizing in a way, meaning that price is either trying to either fill back the gap or go into the direction that it has created .Is this a good moment to invest as a beginner?Personally i wouldn't recommend it because although there is much to be made so is to be lost , and a lack of information can be quite of a heavy price to pay , if you are a beginner you should only trade on calm markets .So what now ? Longer Iran holds against USA and Israel ,bigger of indicator that oil is going to go up, The situation in the first glance seems to be manageable in terms of what a war can be so i don't see that big of an escalation in the region and in the markets more than it is right now.
