Just for the Halibut
Here's a dish I made a few days ago, "Halibut Vichyssoise" based on a recipe I found in one of my go to cookbooks, Nopi by Yottam Ottolenghi. This cook is great for mediterranean recipes. Healthier fare, like light fish dishes and elegant vegetarian options that can compliment your main dish or stand alone.
This recipe takes a little time, patience and perseverance but it's perfect to impress a guest or a special someone. Definitely give it a go if you have two hours to spare!
