Feeling the Buuuuurn....

It was gains day today, i had to work late, which means i ate dinner late, which means i worked out late. I did not want to go, but i told my inner sissy to shut up. Below is my workout and some photos of my gym. Also i trained arms for the first time in 2 months, i hate training arms.

The workout took me about an hour including warmups and the actual working sets. (day 4, with red font)

Good job fighting the urge to not workout. I know there are many days I feel like not working out. What helps me is having a fitness buddy or a fitness community that keeps you accountable. Keep grinding you won't regret it.

Nice gym! Wish I have a space like that. Most days I'm happy with just a rack, a bar and some weights.
