Fitness Progress 1.2
Today I finished my leg workout and it was tremendous. When you doin legs a proper warm up is a must as it can be that muscle fibres may get damaged more than they should. I also made some Pics of my local Gym(Well it isnt that local actually but its where I go). Its a very modern and nice and I love it. I did some Leg Press 4 sets ( 70kg-80kg-90kg-100kg) then I worked more on my Quads, I didnt do Squads tho. The part I concentrated most one are my Calves cause thats the way I got good results from referring to the calves cause many people I know struggle to tease the muscle enough to make it grow.On the scale this time I weigh a little less than last time but in general I am gaining.
