Wow, this is exactly what I've been looking for!! I will be starting this challenge tomorrow, and I get to have Janice Hung for my workout partner!! How cool is that!! I will also be resteeming this, it would benefit everyone to join in!! Thanks for this amazing workout!! I have one question, are you suggesting 3 sets of the entire workout? If so, I may have to work up to this.

I also thought that I cannot do the workouts at first because I am physically unfit. But I have developed confidence that it definitely can be done. It's all in one's attitude. This 30-day challenge is my favorite workout because you get to exercise together with Ms. Janice Hung. The music combination is also upbeat and encourages you to keep on going. Your body feels great after the workout too. Thank you, @janicehung!

Love the music choices and versions (esp shape of you) and I love that you have "begginer version" for the exercises!
I'm kinda weird coz whenever I do proper squats, I find it funny having to do, ahm, booty-out. Lol.

I used to be an athlete, I am trying to work out again now and I find it hard to be consistent maybe because of my current lifestyle or maybe lack of motivation. I realize now how some of my friends and probably lots of others find it also hard to start and maintain a good exercise habit/routine maybe due to the same reason. I guess when I was an athlete the one that's keeping me are the motivation coming from my coach and teammates. But I learned something from watching this video, @janicehung mention that her family, friends and relatives and 99% of other factors were already telling her to stop maybe for a reason that they don't want her to experience failures, but what she held on the remaining 1% of her will to keep going. I think she is right, it is really just a matter of taking action right away, right at that moment and being consistent moving forward holding that will of desire to be able to make a change, Whether you want to make a change in your body or whatever the goal you are trying to achieve.
