Notes

I've been feeling a bit fatigued lately, so I backed off a bit today and didn't do anything close to a 100% effort except for the 36 kg C&P's. I've been pushing a bit too hard trying to get the OAC skill back and it's been getting a bit much, so today I took a few steps back to allow me keep going forward. I might have stop drinking a bottle of vodka every night too, I'm sure that's not doing me much good either.

The challenge is being run by @steemmatt and it's his 100 rep a day challenge

Thanks for including the most current link for my blog in your post.

No problem Matt

I posted before you again and I had a link for the day before originally but I came back this morning and added the link to your latest post in the series.

Your challenge has helped immensely to keep me motivated lately , I've had a lot of family problems going on so your challenge has been a quantum of sanity in an insane world for me. If it wasn't for your challenge I probably would have crawled into a bottle of spirits and stayed there for months.

Thanks for sharing! Sorry to hear about your troubles, but they'll pass. As you saw, I went through my own turmoil, but in the end, I'm mentally and now physically (from the blog) stronger for it with something to be proud about. Keep up the positive attitude and investing in yourself/family. Bottles are not worth it. Taking care of yourself is.

Great work!

I don't think I would be able to do one of these lol
