How to get healthy life

My name is mani bawa and today i am giving you some tips for a healthy mind and healthy body.
I know you are here to earn money but if you are not healthy how can you enjoy your life with money.
Tips
Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Exersise atleast 1 hour per day it showld be anything like running, gyming, dance, yoga etc .
Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, proteins and some heathy fats.
Eat 5-6 meals a day.
Sleep 7-8 hours a day for a great concentration in your work.
