South of France
Well its been a tough couple of days at home decorating, but now it is time to pack, because tomorrow I am off to the land of my Great Grandfather in the South of France - hopefully 7 days of sun, Insanity-Live and stretching.
So what to pack ?
a mini DVD player, Insanity Rounds, workout kit, clean undies and a tooth brush. That's it - Dig Deeper - back on in 7 days.
O I forgot to mention in my introduction.
4 years ago, as you can see from my picture I was 329 lbs and I was stuck in a rut of how to get out of this physical mess that I was in. Then I found a solution and lost 91 lbs in 60 days.
The clue is in what I am packing for the South of France - but I will tell you all about my fitness journey when I get back.

Somehow, I've started seeing TONS of posts about the South of France. It's crazy! We are here up in the mountains near a town called Florac in the Parc Nacional de Cevennes. It's absolutely gorgeous, and we're lucky to be staying here for free because of the website https://www.trustedhousesitters.com.
We met a wonderful woman who owns a house up here, and she invited us to stay for 2 months just to take care of her 2 cats and some chickens. Every day, I wake up and walk down to the chicken coop, look into the valley and up at the mountains and laugh out of glee and gratitude for the place where we are.
7 months, wow. I hope you didn't forget your password :( I'm new here and learned about your page from Keni. He posted a memberlist in the SMG group on Facebook. Hopefully you'll come back soon and write about your experiences. See you around.
