This is my favorite way to use leftover raspberry harvests. I had a full day that was in a reserved jar from my former purchasing habits of jellies and I was able to control the amount of sweetener, and even added a bit of lime to add some dimension. It was delicious...until my sister opened it and because it didn't have the pectin jiggle, she threw it out 😩 sometimes we begin to accept the manufactured foods as the "real" foods, making the natural, whole foods seem so foreign. I love these types of challenges...making healthier versions of unhealthy items, trying to share the benefits from a happy, healthy lifestyle. Oh, and can you pass the nut butter? ;*

Oh noooooo!!!! I'm so sorry for your (jam) loss... Haha that does sound amazing though, hopefully you'll get to make some more next season! And I totally agree - going back to the natural stuff after having processed products for so long can be kind of strange, but it's so worth it!
