my workout today focused on dynamics, specifically a trick based on a double 360 followed by a 540. It's two tricks in one, as the double 360 and the 540 separately are very attractive moves, and when combined, they become extremely eye-catching.
I didn't fully master it today, but I did make significant progress. I proceeded to attempt it five times, and each time I got pretty close to the correct execution. I realized I need to use more energetic hip thrust and load more momentum into my double 360 to achieve a better transition into the 540. My friends told me I'm on the right track, which is motivating, especially considering I've only been practicing this element for a week.
