Hello there.
I am an on/off person concerning workouts, fired up on jet fuel for a few days and then spend the rest of the week trying to convince myself on the benefits of workout sessions....i really do hate this about myself.
Can you suggest an efficient diet/workout plan to help reduce belly fat and improve the abdominals?
Maybe you burn yourself out because you go too hard in the beginning. Remember to ease back into it and make it as fun as you possibly can! Check out my latest article, I think it may help you :)
