I'm now experimenting with making it as easy as possible to do 100 push ups a day...with the goal of expanding that and just seeing how the development goes when my starting point is being as accommodating as possible for my body in feeding it strength training supportive movements throughout my day as a way of life...no different to eating a meal or drinking some water.
