Daily challenge completed - 161 reps

Back from a business trip, good to be able to work out again.

4x6 reps strict shoulder press

9 single tempo front squats, 4 seconds down, 4 seconds up

2x10 back squat

Conditioning - for time:
35 cal assault bike
27 chest to bar pull ups
21 shoulder to overhead 115 lbs
15 overhead squats 115 lbs
9 squat snatch 115 lbs

Got pretty rough once shoulder fatigue set in
