not sure who is cranium, but the point was that if its published then its not original anymore. I saw Michele published exclusive things they are okay, but old fictions what you can find in google in other sites, this is definitely not, plus here is problem of reward pool: blocktrades supports 83% of her earning, and other authors dont have this support, so there should be some curation guild for original fiction content not support only 1-2 man (+suesa) . And reblog is not great if its not original for sure.
She is making some of her work available to people on steemit to read for free. Yes you can get/buy her work in other places, and she does let the people know that it is available elsewhere should a person want to "Buy" it. People do not need to vote, or comment on blogs/post. It is up to the individual to determine if they want to vote/thus reward a content poster. So if I understand you right it is okay for me a piece of plankton or redfish to give a 100% upvote to her work, yet it is not okay for a Dolphin or Whale to do the same? I honestly do not understand peoples acceptance of the redistribution of an authors rewards into their own pockets. Look at @transisto 's blog about how much he removed and "Returned" to the reward pool from her, then look at how much money his post about that exploit made him. He returned Nothing to the reward pool, he simply took from her and gave to himself. It is the same with @berniesanders and his downvoting. If you look you would also see that it is @blocktrades wife that is supporting Michelle, as he stated in another post. But that is totally beside the point, just because he is a Whale, and has a lot of money, he can support at what ever level he feel like to who ever he feels like. Just as you and I can do the same thing.
So why only for "Fiction", why not for the Crypto post, why not for the travel post, why not for the NSFW post. Why are people only wanting to control the Fiction content and not all the other content. Is it because this is how Hitler, Stalin and Marx came into power, by picking one group, and then hammering that group into the ground by turning everyone against them. Yes lets practice what we preach against - - Divide and Conquer. - - That is what I feel @transisto and @berniesanders are doing. It is my opinion, and since I am a nobody, I can state that, because noone is going to really care what I think.
first of all you seems raging about some ideas , not about the problem . The problem is how people can find content in steemit. They can see only if post got a lot of money . So if some whale always upvote only 1-2 person and circle jerk , then new people see only this trending posts . Thats why im against circle jerk and hope steemit will lower curation reward for same person upvote and make higher for upvotes of new authors. Yes i know what bernie and transisto earn some money and witnesses votes through this flags, but at least they made this problem visible , so circle jerkers some got hurt and may be team steem will work on problem, If he didnt attack people will just abuse same strategy again and again.
