I get that reposting should be punished but I’m worried we’ll end up with a small group policing Steem or even worse have two groups start downvote wars which could really hurt us(look at Burstcoin). That said we should discourage spam. It’s a hard problem with no simple solutions.
Is there a way the masses could vote to approve of such downvotes before they occur?
Everyone who own Steem Power is expected to police the system. That this is not general knowledge worries me.
