Hello everyone i hope you all will be fine! today i discuss about some flowers that recently i took a snapshot in my city.
i have some flower pictures and i will share and discuss with our friends.

1. Aster

Asters are the popular plant in the garden because of their showy head of plant availability in different color. This flower was founded in North America and South Europe. Aster are also called a Starworts, Michaelmas daises etc.

Benefits:
They have some benefits for our health like:
i. Aster tea was used to treatment of earache, relieve gas, stomach aches and fever.
ii. Smashed aster tataricus root is used to treating throat impediment.
iii. Powdered aster tartaricus root is take with water to treat postpartum hemorrhage (PPH).

2 Garden Cosmos

Garden cosmos also called the Mexican Aster. The cosmos is a Greek means orderly, beautiful and ornamental. The Scientific name of this flower is Cosmos plant This flower available in different color like: Yellow Blue, and purple.

3 Euryops pectinatus

This is a shrubby perennial with bright yellow flowers in winter and spring. This plant name may not be familiar but the plant color is attractive and mostly used in the garden. This flower belongs the asteraceae family. This flower is is so tall and wild with silvery green hairy leaves and yellow. This flower founded in the Western Cape and South Africa.

4 Common Daisy

This flower is the most powerfully in the medical field for skin. The daisy belongs to the asteraceae family. this flower founded in North and Central Europe.
They have many benefits for health:
i. This flower used for ease pain, bruises and broken bones.
ii. this flower also boot your skin beauty.
iii. This flower is reduce the appearance of dark spots.
iv. Daisy flower extract in skincare naturally increases cell turnover, complementing its lighting effects.

5 Common Sunflower

Sunflower is the most famous flower in the world. the other name is called Helianthus Annus. This flower founded in the North America but commercialized in Russia. Sunflower is the most important plant in Pakistan because the four most important annual crops in the world grown for edible oil.

Sunflower have many benefits that listed below:
i. The seeds of this flower are very popular in trail-mix multi-grain bread and nutrition bars as well as snacking straight for the bags.
ii. the oil of sunflower is the play the important role for the hair growth because that contain oleic acid (Omega 9 acid) are stop the breakage and stimulate healthy hair growth.
iii. Sunflower oil is rich with vitamin E and low in saturated fat that are beneficial for the heart.
iv. Sunflower oil use for in developing arthritis, also help in prevention of rheumation arthritis.
