Ugh...I swear those shots give people the flu and lower the immune system so they get everything else under the sun.

But done is done. Jello will help boost the immune system (real gelatin mixed with juice if you don't use Jello) and I highly recommend starting them all on echinacea straight away, especially if they have had any antibiotics.
