Just my thought to promote good writers -- Series 3
I spent my time on Steemit and found it is hard to find upvotes, For going to a broader Audience you need a resteem service that is also paid.
I have an idea to help ourselves. Let everybody put his/her best post in comment that need to be upvoted. Somebody putting his own post for upvote can upvote any of the post mentioned here(feel free to upvote more than one) and give a brief comments for reason of upvoting it. (If you feel that no one is worthy than just write no one in comment , and put your post afterwards.

You are absolutely right. I f we want content that is worth reading or watching, we have to seek it out and promote it. Trouble is that it takes more time than 1 individual can put into this effort.
As much as I dislike what DLive did, build an audience/userbase and leave for another platform, they were right about one thing. The one week payout window is unfair to serious creators. No one is going to write a book, or direct a movie to make $0.20 on Steemit. As a result we get the stuff that won't sell elsewhere; unfair to us.
I'm looking for a way to increase that payout time, because in the old days of vinyl, they understood that a record had to be plugged before sales actually took off. The effort of paying a DJ or radio stations to play a song often was worth it because the payout window was unlimited; I still see Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon for sale in the local record shop 45 years later. (on vinyl no less)
In other words, we need a repost service that does not get flagged for plagiarism since they share the revenue with the original content creator. Unfortunately we now have a few of these self proclaimed Shit Post Police groups backed by some very fat Whales to ensure they get more of the reward pool from their own one liner shit posts.
