EATING RIGHT TO WIN YOUR MONDAYs
Mondays for some are 'mourndays' the weekend just ended😭😭😭while for some it is an opportunity to make a brand new start-the Go-getters💃💃💃
Wether you are mourning or pursuing a goal,you need ENERGY for both task.
Energy are stored as Calories in the food we eat. The calorie content differ per food type,the size of food does not determine the calorie content. Research has proven that certain food has a higher proportion of calories and they are called 'Energy Giving Food'.
It is important to be intentional about eating right on a monday (will give some reasons in my next post). Here are a few energy sources to feed on or snack on;
1.Fruits: they contain about 80-120calories with banana been king👑over all fruits,a medium banana has about 105calories (whoop whoop I need all of em).Pawpaw,oranges,Strawberries,Pineapple,Pears etc are great energy sources and what better way to have all of them fruits than a chilled glass of smoothie😍
Nuts: good things come in small packages and nuts are one of them. Almonds,Coconuts,Pecans etc There's nothing wrong with having some as a main or side meal for breakfast.
Beans: if you intend working while others have their lunch break,then Beans is a must for breakfast-you'd be full for a long time and very energetic✔
Eggs: there are several ways to prepare and enjoy eggs,they can either be boiled,fried or poached. Which ever method of preparation doesn't affect its calorie content.
Yoghurt: especially the Greek Yoghurt are a great source of energy. Instead of any energy drink out there grab a yoghurt and thank me later😍
When next your grocery shopping toss some of this into your basket,they will save you some Monday worries😍😍😍
Have a fulfilled week and thank you for reading😙
