I would not be willing to spend that much for food to try once personally. One other super expensive food is birds nest soup. From Wikipedia - "A kilogram of white nest can cost up to US$2,000, and a kilogram of red nests can cost up to US$10,000" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edible_bird%27s_nest
