Easy Student Cooking Recipes: Vol.3 Moussaka
Moussaka is a great all-in-one meal which can take you through a few days and it takes only an hour to cook it. Here is the recipe:
Products needed
1 kg of potatoes
600 g of minced meat
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
200 g of canned tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato concentrate
1/2 teaspoon of savory
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
50 ml of oil
salt and pepper to taste
For the overlay
300 g of yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
100 g of yellow cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:

The onion is chopped and fried in the oil for a short time.

Add the sliced garlic and, if it is slightly softened, pour the minced meat. Fry until it gets on fine crumbs and begins to caramelize

Place the tomato concentrate and mix.

Add the savory, red pepper and tomatoes.

Spread about 100 ml of water, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Potatoes are peeled, cut into small cubes and placed in a cooking tray.
