Herbal Cement Cherry Recipes

Material:
250 gr tapioca flour
125 ml of water
2 tsp of red and green food dye

Sprinkling materials:

½ tsp salt
1 pandan leaves



Sauce material:
250 ml of water
3 pieces of brown sugar

1 pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. Take some of Tapioca starch then dissolve it with water. Cook until the dough has thickened approximately 3 minutes.
  2. Mix the dough with the remaining starch kanji and stir until evenly distributed. Separate into 3 doughs.
  3. Give each dough a color of red, green and let one dough without coloring.
  4. Then shape the dough with the desired shape like elongated or box. Do it until the dough runs out.
  5. Boil water and then boil the dough that has been formed to float. Lift and drain.


Sauce material:

  1. Boil sugar by using water.
  2. Add pandan leaves and salt.

Sprinkling materials:

  1. Steamed grated coconut. Add salt, sugar and pandan leaves for about 15 minutes. Drain.
