Ingredients
3-4 large pieces of potatoes, peeled and soaked
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tsp fine salt
3 tbsp of flour (1 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of wheat flour)
3 cloves of garlic, geprek
Sprinkling:
Oregano powder (can be flipped)
to taste fine salt or powdered broth
Step
Cut potato lengthwise with thickness to taste.
Wash thoroughly until the water is immersed.
Next in a separate container, boil the water if it were enough to soak the potatoes until boiling. Enter sugar, salt and garlic. Add the potatoes, boil for 3-5 minutes until the potato is ¼ cooked. Turn off the stove and drain the potatoes.
