Steamed with Chinese herbs recipe.

Ingredients.

  • 400 grams of pig heart (cut into 4 parts).
  • 3 slices of Solomon Seal Rhizome.
  • 6 slices of Chinese Yam.
  • 1 slices of Codonopsis Root.
  • 5 grams seed of Fritillaria.
  • 3 grams of Chinese Wolfberries.
  • 4 Red Dates.
  • 4 grams of dried lotus seed.
  • Salt, sugar, black pepper and fresh lime juice.

Instructions.

  • Rinse well pig heart with white wine.
  • In the pot, add the Chinese herbs at the bottom, then add the pig hearts, salt, sugar. Cover with chicken broth and steamed for at least 2 hours.
  • Sliced steamed pig heart and serve with (mix well salt, sugar, black pepper and fresh lime juice).
    PS: You can use a pork shoulder instead.
