Cork fish recipes (ikan gabus)
Cork ingredients:
- Fresh cork fish 500 grams, cut
- 2 pieces of tomatoes cut to taste
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 4 stalks of leek pods, finely sliced
- Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tsp salt
- 5 orange leaves
- 1 liter of clean water
- 1 teaspoon flavor
Smooth Spices:
- 7 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 4 cm turmeric, scrubbed wash clean
- 4 grains of pecan, roasted
- 12 cloves of shallot, peeled
- 2 tsp coriander
- 7 large red peppers
How to Make Cork Fish:
- Prepare cork fish that have been cleaned and cut.
- Spread the cork with lime juice, then let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Fried fish cork using hot oil to look ripe. After that, drain and set aside.
- Provide a skillet for finely ground spices until smelling. Enter the leaves of citrus, lemon grass, galangal, and bay leaf. Sauté
again until it looks wilted. - Enter the tomato slices, then stir briefly and provide enough water. Add salt, flavor and sugar to taste.
- After all cooking spices, give all cork fish that have been fried and cook until cooked to boil water.
