How to make hollow donut.
Have you ever eaten hollow donut in restaurant? I think it's so delicious. Then try it by yourself to instructions below.
Ingredients for hollow donut.
- 250 grams of wheat flour + a little of wheat flour for cone.
- 50 grams of sugar.
- 4 grams of salt.
- 10 grams of fresh yeast.
- 180 mls of cabornated water.
- White seasame seeds.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Mix well 10 grams of fresh yeast with 1 tbsp of warm water until the yeast is dissolved.
- Mix well 250 grams of wheat flour with 180mls of cabornated water. Then mix well mixture of yeast with 50 grams of sugar, 4 grams of salt. Knead well for about 10 minutes.
Step 2:

- Put the flour at room temperature for 1 hour before fry.
- Deep fry into a saucepan until golden on the both side. Put it into a paper towel to excess oil.
