Chocolate truffles
Ingredients:
Sugar - 1.5 stack.
Water - 0.5 stack.
Butter - 100 g
Cocoa powder - Article 5. l.
Milk powder - 400 g
Walnut - 100g
Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Sugar fill with water and put on fire.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and melt in hot butter and carob syrup (cocoa).
- Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Add the chopped nuts.
- Knead the mass and put 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Form a candy in the form of mushroom caps, roll in cocoa (carob) and serve with coffee or tea.
