- 3 tablespoons oil Patarana / PLIKs Ue (Match tastes)
- 1 inch galangal (digeprek)
- Chopped ingredients:
- 3 stalks lemongrass chopped as fine as possible
- 6 Sheet Leaves Orange
- 2 pieces Flowers Kencong / Kala Chopped
- Curry leaves / Oen teumurui finely chopped.
- VEGETABLES:
- 1/4 Kg Nangka Muda (Cat's Eye) Cut kecil2
- 4 small belt Chopped Leaf Melinjo
- 1 Ons young Melinjo
- 1 Fruit heart Bananas
- Kates Young / mengkal (cut into small / size of jackfruit)
- 1 Ons Long Bean Cut 1/2 inch size
- 5 Fruit Green Chillies small pieces
- 1/4 kg Small shrimp, cleaned
- 2 Coconut
- 1 Kg Sumpil / Cue
- Salt to taste
- Water taste
