Chocolate Pudding recipe

Ingredients

Water 2 cups

Maple Syrup ½ cup

Cornflour 4 tbsp

Cocoa 3 tbsp

Vanilla 1 tsp

Method

Combine water, cocoa, cornflour, maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or almonds.
