I prepared and go out for eat Iskender. I ate Iskender after a long time.I come often here. When we go to the restaurant there is a huge sea picture right in the middle of the restaurant. I think it is because here do not have sea and when i see this picture and I think about Kuşadası.

İskender kebap is one of famous food in Turkey.
İskender faund in Bursa in 1867. İskender make with lamb . The lamb separates the meat from the nerves and bones, sets it up vertically and folds it in a vertical bar, and rotates it in front of a stove cooked and cooks it with charcoal.And Special butter, sauce, yoghurt, tomato, green pepper added. It's really delicious.

Turkish tea is give free almost all restourant in Turkey after eating.

안녕하세요 오랫만에 이스켄데르 케밥 먹으로 나갔어요 . 터키는 케밥 종류가 엄청 많아요. 이스켄데르는 양고기로 만든 음식이이에요. 빵 위에 고기를 놓고 토마토 소스와 기름을 같이 넣어 만들어요 .
진짜 유명하고 맛있어요. 처음에 터키 부르사에서 1867 년에 만드는 방법을 이스켄데르라는 사람이 찾아서 그 때부터 이름이 이스켄데르 케밥이라고 불러요 .
터키 어디를 가든 쉽게 찾을 수 있지만 집에서 직접 만들기 엄청 힘들어요 .
가게에 아주 큰 바다 그림이 있는데 볼 때마다 쿠사다스 생각이 나네요 ( 쿠사다스는 바다가 참 예뻐요.)
음식 다 먹는 후에 보통 홍차를 마셔요.
터키에 몇몇 가게들은 차를 무료로 주기도 해요 .

Uzun bir aradan sonra iskender yemeye gittim. Eskiden ne zaman ailecek dışarı çıksak babamdan bize hep iskender almasını isterdim. Babama kıramaz alırdı . O zamanlar ailecek afiyetle yerdik iskenderimizi.
İskender yemeğe ne zaman gitsem aklıma hep o günler gelir. Okula bile başlamamıştım ve bir çok şeyi hatırlamama rağmen o zaman yediğim iskenderin lezzeti hala aklımdadır. Belki iskenderden değildi de yanımdaki insanlardan dolayı o iskender o kadar lezettliydi. Büyümeye başladıkça ne iskenderin o tadı kaldı ne de benim yeme isteğim.

Yine konuyu farklı yerlere götürdüm . Asıl anlatmak istediğim iskender yemeğe gittim. Burada iskenderiyle ünlü bir restoranta. Restorantın tam ortasına koskocaman deniz resmi konulmuş oraya ne zaman gitsem . Acaba deniz olmadığı için mi bu resimi tercih ettiler diye düşünüyorum ve aklıma Kuşadası geliyor . Yine bir özlem ...
Sanırım bugğn duygusal günümdeyim ne desem konuyu toparlayamadım.
