Greetings and Salutations,

I hope all Steemians doing good!

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Beef Hari Kabab". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Beef 2 kg
Onion sliced 4 pieces
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Turmaric powder
Cumin powder
Coriender powder
Red Chili powder
Whole spices

Process:

Take beef pieces and with the meat puncher punch them well. Without onions and whole spices mix all the spices with beef. Keep it aside and marinate for sometimes. Take a pan, heat oil, put all the whole spices then put onions. Fry for sometime then add beef. Stir it well. In this way cook it until beef gets tender.
