Chicken Skin with Tomato 🍅

I hope all Steemians doing good!

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Chicken Skin with Tomato". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Chicken Skin
Tomato Sliced
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmaric powder
Red Chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriender powder
Whole spices
Onion sliced

Process:

Take a pan. Add oil and fry onions for sometime. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2/3 minutes. Add all the rest spices and little water to fry it well. When the flavor will come of the spices add tomatoes and chicken skins. Stir it well. Then add required water and cover it. 15-20 minutes later put the lid off and stir again. Add water if it's becoming dry. Cook for another 10 minutes.

A famous and delicious dish in Asia. You must try.
