Ilish Fish with Maite Alu/Potato

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Ilish Fish with Maite Alu/Potato". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Ilish fish
Maite Alu
Garlic paste
Turmaric powder
Cumin powder
Coriender powder
Salt
Red Chili
Oil
Bay leaves
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil and fry ilish fish. Marinate before. Fry carefully and don't fry much. Take out and in this pan add onions and other spices. Add little water and fry well. When spices will cook well add maite alu/potatoes. Stir and mix well. Cover and let it cook. After those potatoes get tender add fish and cover. Cook it for sometime.
Turn out and serve. Very delicious to eat with rice.
