Gordon Ramsay BurGR, Las Vegas - Best onion rings ever!

There was a huge lineup in front of the restaurant and it was only 3:30pm. I guess in Vegas time doesn't matter. I got to skip the whole lineup by opting to take a seat at the bar.

I was given a beer menu. I wanted something strong. The bartender recommended a Hop Rising IPA. It was hoppy and full-bodied. I absolutely loved the bitter note. Very refreshing.

The food came within 20 minutes even though the restaurant was packed. Their speed of service was impressive.

These were definitely the best onion rings I had ever had. Beer Battered Maui Onion Rings. They were super crunchy and flavourful. The parmigiano reggiano cheese added a good amount of saltiness. A perfect accompaniment for the beer. I didn't care for the dips though.

I ate so much onion rings that I barely had any room for the burger. I ordered the Farm Burger which came with crispy duck bacon, English sharp chedder and a sunny side up egg. It was buttery and juicy. I loved the runny egg yolk. The meat was cooked perfectly to medium rare -p.s. order it medium if you don't want pink meat in your burger.

Conclusion: The burger was great but for me the onion rings were the star of this meal--- I ate the whole thing and wanted more.
