Beef Steak with Lemon & Honey Sauce
Ingredients:
300 Beef under Cut
3 Potatoes
1 Carrot
50 gm Cauliflower
10 gm Beans
10 gm Sweet Corn
10 gm Black Olive
10 gm Mushroom
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TSP White Pepper Powder
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Mustard Paste
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TSP Thyme
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Oregano
50 gm Butter
1 TBSP Maida
½ Cup Water
½ TSP Yellow food color
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Honey
Cooking Method:
- First of all cut the beef in long slices
- Next, in a bowl add beef slices, Salt, Black Pepper powder, Mustard Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Thyme and mix these all ingredients. Keep this mixture into the fridge for 30 Minutes
- Now it’s time for grilling. Take a grill apply cooking oil at the grill. Let it some hot
- Keep the marinated beef steak at the grill. Cook it for 15 Minutes then take it off from the grill
- Now take a pan. Add Butter; let it warm for a while. After this add boiled mixed vegetables, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Oregano and cook it for 2 Minutes
- Your Tasty Beef Steaks with Honey & Lemon are ready to serve
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 2 People
Lemon & Honey Sauce
- Add butter and Maida in a pan, let them brown
- Then add water, White Pepper Powder (1 TSP), Salt, Chicken Powder, Yellow Color and cook it for 2 Minutes
- Next, Add Lemon Juice, Honey and stir it for a while
- Lemon & Honey Sauce is ready
