First we clean the salmon
One tablespoon of olive oil
A spoonful of homemade marmalade
We brush and squeeze saffron on all sides and throw salt sea salt and black pepper and some leafy leaves
Roasted salmon in the oven with turmeric mustard cream sauce, potato salad, saffron rice, crab salad, dessert!
